"Was looking forward to our stay after seing the pictures, but got very disappointed. Our room looked more like a hospital room and was run down. Tiles were broken. Bathroom tap was loose. Plastic around the electrical outlet fell off. Hotel neighborhood was rather grim and far from the Center. Breakfast contained the basic, but was not very tasty."

"Lovely hotel right in the center of Torino, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was comfortable and quiet though shower room could use a refresh. Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. For a five star hotel, in the middle of a very hot summer, this...

De kamer was fijn, dankzij de eigen keuken, maar wel erg gehorig. 's avonds hoorde ik mijn buren in de kamer naast me, en de laatkomers op de gang in het midden van de nacht.
