"Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. "
"Perfect location within the pedestrianised area of Krakow Old Town, and just a few minute’s walk from the Main Square. Parking is available - valet service only, at an extra charge - but I recommend that you call ahead to get the drop-off address to input into your GPS, otherwise your GPS probably won’t let you enter the pedestrianised zone. Lots of people in the street in the late eveing, but the room was quiet enough to sleep.

"Best hotel I’ve been to in a long time. Excellent pool spa sauna. Staff was friendly and great. Perfect location. I wish I was there for the next 2 nights especially considering I’m am currently at the Novotel Hotel on the Wisłan and my room has no AC. "

"Very nice stay in the old town, right near all the action but enough removed to be able to have windows open at night (sort of). Breakfast was great and international. Very accommodating front desk, including lunchboxes since we left for a trip very early. Room servicing was always done early. Beds only had a comforter which was hot on these rare summery days, but the room had sufficient A/C. Bathroom was fine, minimal with liquid soap/shampoo combo. All in all, a very good stay!"
