This hotel has a perfect location in Old Town, the rooms were comfortable and modern, the amenities in the room were very nice including coffee, tea, iron and ironing board, all bathroom necessities except tissue, great lighting, comfortable bed and great shower. I did not interact with any staff. I would stay here again.

The hotel and room decor was really chic and modern. It feels expensive, comfortable and really clean. The staff were helpful and great location. Also very quiet room on the fifth floor where we could not heard a thing. Will definitely come back.

Great central hotel. As hotel is very central, you will get street noise into the early hours and then deliveries and cleaning early morning. The positives outweigh this. Air conditioning not great, room a bit hot.

This hotel was FANTASTIC! Very central and superb location, the rooms were amazing, really thoughtfully decorated to a high standard. Clean, quiet and just fantastic. The air con was also really quiet (which is an extra bonus from my perspective!) would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to come back in return.

The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was very clean and comfortable and modern. The bathroom and shower were very luxurious We did not eat or drink at the hotel but that is only because we like to eat out in the many restaurants when on a city break and no reflection on the hotel at all

Very nice hotel, perfect location, literally two buildings away from main market square. A couple of things I didn’t like: Nightstands in our room were stylish but totally useless, you could barely fit a cell phone and a pair of glasses on the round top. The breakfast buffet was ok but a single girl servicing the large breakfast area was definitely not enough… she was working as fast as she could but it was just too much for a single person. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

The experience is deeply romantic—timeless, elegant, and quietly luxurious in a way that makes most other “luxury” hotels feel ordinary by comparison. From the moment I arrived and was welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, I felt transported to another era—one that reflects Kraków at its most refined and enchanting. The staff were gracious and attentive, even assisting with luggage up the short entry steps, setting the tone for truly exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was more spacious than expected and beautifully appointed, with crisp 100% cotton linens, plush down duvets and pillows, and thoughtful details that created a feeling of understated opulence. Heated bathroom floors added a wonderful touch of comfort, and the Nespresso machine made for a perfect, gentle morning ritual. Despite being in the very center of Old Town, the room was incredibly quiet. Great location, good quality room. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that, also didn’t eat at the Japanese themed restaurant but would have tried it if we stayed longer. Helpful info on check-in and city map explained. We had an accessible room which meant it was nice and big but the bathroom was a wet-room style and the shower water went onto most of the floor which isn’t very practical. Also no surfaces in the bathroom to put things on, so it had to be the floor which isn’t ideal. No surfaces near mirrors for hair and make-up, again not very practical. Lovely comfy beds with good quality linen. It’s near the main square so there will be noise, but nowhere near as much as some city centres. The lift needs to be activated with your room key which is a bit hit-and-miss, someone told us it was a new system so hopefully this will get sorted soon. Good environmental initiative to give the option to not have your room cleaned every day. The hotel is very clean and smells beautiful in the corridors. Can’t beat the location for walking everywhere, or if you need a tram they are a few mins walk away. The train and bus station is about 15-20 mins walk.
