"Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, after the check-in window had closed, but the staff went completely above and beyond to help us make it there okay. They kept parking open late and provided an extremely clear and personalized instruction guide to access the property, retrieve our key, and make it to our room late at night. "My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of September (2025). The setting is stunning and the staff exceedingly courteous and helpful. The property condition is excellent and very clean - appears to have been recently renovated. A beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Como and the mountains. Close to the Lake Como water taxi station, so convenient to get around to Bellagio, Mennagio, etc. The on-site restaurant has great food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Hotel Helvetia."
