"Easy to navigate the city from this property. This is the old part of Bilbao and it is lovely. The mistake we made was to shop and tour the newer and trendier part of the city. The old city is a great experience and wonderful shops and restaurants. Anyway, loved the staff and the shower and beds were amazing. The hotel is small and well preserved. It is a little loud from the fifth floor facing the street, but we loved the stay and friendliness of all the people. Would love to come back...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the artist hotel. The interior is beautiful, very fresh and clean. The location right next to the Guggenheim Museum could not be any better. "My husband and I had fantastic 4 night stays. The room especially the bathroom is clean and bed is very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's location, just few steps to Guggenheim museum. Also, the Old town is walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The food was delicious and had variety to choose from. The restaurant staff and reception staff are nice, friendly and very helpful. We were delighted and enjoyed our stays. If we ever return to...

"Conveniently located and spacious room, but that's about it. There's no one on-site and they tell you they'll respond straight away to WhatsApp messages which isn't true. They sent me my check-in details at 3pm (check-in is at 2pm). My bathroom was filthy, I sent them pictures and messages; they never responded. The next day, I came back and discovered a puddle of water in the middle of my room and my AC wasn't working. They did come quickly but tried to use any ways possible to accuse me: maybe...

"Respecto al hotel no tengo ninguna queja pero aunque está ubicado céntrico está rodeado de mal ambiente, muchas comunas de inmigrantes y realmente de noche no paseábamos tranquilos."

"Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock."
