โรงแรมใกล้โบสถ์นักบุญฟรานซิส, คานายันนูร์

"Clean room ,easy check in. However they did not honor free breakfast included with expedia booking, saying that it has to be purchased separately. Misleading as I booked the hotel because of breakfast included option as I prefer easy mornings."

"The property is located in a serene village with lake view. Nice covered walkways to the rooms and cottages. Lobby is nice, bit away from the rooms. Nicely landscaped surroundings. Good food options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was courteous. My originally given room had some moldy smell and they exchanged it. Rooms are clean with nice bathrooms, AC and comfortable bed. Limited chargeable snack items and beverages were stocked. Has spa and activities room which I didn't...

"Staff were very accommodating and personalised the experience to our small group."

"Poor"

"Our room was beautiful, modern and well maintained. We especially loved the bathroom layout. The honeymoon cake and bed decorations were such thoughtful touches! The staff were warm, attentive, and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Special thanks to Renjini, Abhijit, Ranbir, and Ajit for their wonderful hospitality!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful with advice on outstation taxi services. Close location to Fort Kochi"

"We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."

"Definitely not five-star. Helpful staff, food was nothing but spicy, breakfast - mediocre, ."

"The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean and we felt very safe and well taken care of. "

"Just one line, one of the best experiences I ever had."

"The room was very clean but it was very humid inside the room."

"We all happy to select this hotel to stay. "
