I cant express enough ax to jow mu h i love Crowne Kochi. The staff is the best, the rooms are beyond fab, the food is delishhh...Shoug out to Puja and Anghadeep Singh( i know i got that spelling wrong) i love Crowne...wouldn't wanna stay anywhere

We stayed at the hotel for two nights! The first day the service was exceptional in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On the 2nd day for dinner in the restaurant there was not enough staff and the service very poor! We will not stay at the crown plaza next time we will pick another hotel in kochi.

Amazing, fantastic service and amazing hotel with vegan options. The only minor thing was we entered and found the bath math to have a stain on it, but they apologized and got it replaced.
