"The location could not be better. Very close to the train, restaurants and sea. I would recommend parking in Spezia and taking train in. The apartment is only a block away from the station. "15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"A beautiful apartment where is steps away from the waterfront, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However; we had to climb approximately 4 flights of stairs with luggage when checking in. Upon checking out a couple showed us a ramp to go down the Main Street and we wish we could know it earlier. The ramp is right across the Coop supermarket. "

"What an incredible property this was absolutely ideal for the three of us a full kitchen, which is rare in a rental really helped wonderful little market down the street. It’s all you can ask for smack dab in the center of town. Just do not bring a large suitcase, the stairs Were extremely steep and plentiful."

"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything!
