Clean, modern, has all the essentials you need for a short stay, comfortable pillows, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. A few blocks away from Serrano’s shopping hotspots but you can say the hotel “is in the area”. You get what you pay for."

"For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing to see there was no facilities in the room to make a cup of tea. At night I had to go downstairs to the bar and pay 2.50 Euros each time i would want a cup of tea…But they have a full stock up mini bar with alcoholic drinks which to me was useless. Not even a complimentary water bottle on arrival"

"The hotel appears to be a new hotel. The physical appearance is excellent. The room had plenty of space and was very clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant and the bar are very good. The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood. The hotel is very close to a metro stop (Cartagena) so you don't have to be in the city center to see the tourist sites, and you can spend some time in an authentic neighborhood. Getting to the airport by taxi takes about 20-30 minutes, and taxis frequently make rounds to the hotel. We didn't have to wait long to get a taxi to the airport when we left. "
