"This place never disappoints. I reserved a room last year and had a couch and thought I would have same this year as my son came with me. When I got into my room it didn't have a couch just one bed. So I went to the desk and they immediately set me up in another room that accommodated. They always try to please and go over and above to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.
