"Perfect location. Room was simple but met our needs. No refrigerator but that was no problem for us. Shower/hot water was great. AC was fine. Beds not the best but we certainly slept well. Staff were helpful and courteous. Some of the best food in NY in Chinatown and Little Italy. Convenient to public transportation. We loved it."

"The temperature of the room was good, the rooms were generally clean and the outlets worked. I switched rooms halfway through my stay so had a different experience in each one. There was some pretty dark mildew in the grout in the shower in the first room I was in, the second room I was in the shower was much cleaner. This hotel is basic but perfect for what I needed. My only wish was for a personal safe to be available, as I like to put some of my things in a safe while traveling, but...

"Loved the staff. Beautiful “swan” room. I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha Really good . Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff. Bed was amazing . Food …. Soo good ."

"Great location. Great view from the upper level rooms. Rooms were nice. My only minor dings would be: 1) Breakfast room looked very run down and a little spooky. Hotel is connected to a bar; at night there are lots of guys hanging out on the steps to the hotel or right in front. Maybe hotel should think about ways to get them to move. Other than that, I would def stay there again."
