"I had a very pleasant stay. Amy, with who I did my check in was really helpful and courteous, and offered me an upgrade with river view, and I enjoyed very much. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Nice and clean accomodations. Thank you"

"We did not go to breakfast as we slept too late and missed it. Gutted about that., but the lovely room cleaning staff gave us tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. We were delighted with them."

"Premier room was tatty… curtains had hole in them, some off hooks, bed throw had mark on it. Despite asking for the room to be serviced and leaving the sign on the door - it wasn’t - I was told they missed it because I was at the end of the corridor!"
