Nice helpful professional staff. good facilities, Lovely room and lovely food. The entertainment in the evening was also an added bonus and the singer assisted in making it a lovely atmosphere.

We stayed one night and we enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities. The gym was very well equipped and opening times were good. We stayed in a family room and although a little dated - stains on the floor and bed linen, musty type of smell and shower that was more of a trickle and either ran very cold or very hot - we did have a lovely stay. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

4 star hotel with Premier Inn vibes. The pool is nice and even though it has its grand, stately home exterior, most of this hotel looks like it was built in the 80s and not updated since. Food is bang average and the whole thing has the vibe of a premier inn with a Beefeater attached to it. Staff were all lovely!

Had a lovely spa treatment which I would recommend. Bedrooms are nicely decorated. Some parts of hotel could do with a little TLC but overall a good stay in nice grounds.

Standard spa room I stayed in was ok broken on bath , wires shown on radiator in bathroom also broken draw under kettle area ,few scuffs here and there and coffee drip marks on doors , needs quite a bit done . All staff were really lovely. My room was very clean. Loved the hot tub bath in my bathroom. The spa & gym facilities were excellent, all very modern. To be honest this hotel is one of the nicest, best value for money places I've stayed.

The staff are lovely. The pool was busy and didn't have much of a spa vibe as had toddlers playing and the jacuzzi was permanently full. Food was poor. Overall, nice place but a bit more attention in some areas would make it better.

We paid for an upgrade as our original room was rather run down. The upgraded room was lovely. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and hard working. The menu was not the best to be honest and the food i had on the 2nd night wasn't what i expected better choices hopefully next time. Spa was lovely to and again staff there were lovely x
