"Location was perfect. Right down the street from the train station. Market was right around the corner. Temporary Baggage storage very close by. Food options close as well. All within 5 min walk"

"Great location (near the Termini train station) and friendly owners."

"It’s conveniently located close to the Manzoni metro stop which is just two stops from Roma Termini. The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable, well worth the cost. The free breakfast is surprisingly good. "

"สถานที่ตั้งสะดวก อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ มีร้านอาหารในบริเวณใกล้เคียงเยอะมาก"

"This was a perfect location. Right next to the train station. And walkable to everything. Room was a great size. The shower was a tad weird for space . It does get a little loud outside just because where it’s at. But other than that I would stay again."

"Our room was large, very clean and well equipped. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was delivered to our room at our requested time and was ample and delicious. The location was perfect to walk to the Colosseum, the train station and many of the other sites. There was an inexpensive restaurant right across the street with great Italian food and a fabulous Italian restaurant only two blocks away. "Como cualquier otra zona del mundo, cercana a una terminal de trenes, no es la más linda del mundo. Pero una vez que llegas al espacio que pertenece a Nice2CU, la cosa cambia. La habitación y el comedor común estaban muy lindas y con los servicios suficientes para una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento."

"The hotel was excellent for its price and value! It was a close walk to the Colosseum and between 35-40 minutes walk to all the main attractions, which worked out perfect for us. Spacious, clean rooms, modern and clean washrooms and the staff were super helpful during check in and check out and also in between. Would recommend if you’re planning a comfortable base in Rome but don’t want to blow your budget."

"The reception is not open late night and the first day as we haven't received any instruction we had to wait for support for a while. After that they suppoted well. The room was clean but jacuzzi was not available. Overall we enjoyed staying"

"Lovely!"

"Grat location with just few minute walk fron Roma Termini Station. Stefani, the owner is really really nice ^^ He give a best suggestion on how to travel in Rome. The room is so big, clean and comfortable. Highly Recommed! "

"Great hotel. Just beware of where you park your car outside. We saw multiple cars with broken windows."

"Staff was amazing treated us as family"

"We had trouble checking in because we didn't know we had to call the contact. This was not communicated to us ahead of time by Expedia. Luckily a wonderful gentleman saw us standing on the street and called the owner for us. Once we were in contact she was lovely and helpful. The location was excellent for walking to places, including the Colliseum and train station. Notes: it says there is parking but it is street parking. We tried to call ahead of time to inquire about this and checking in,...
