"Beautiful little town, amazing hotel! Breakfast and coffee, included for just $5, were delicious. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the pool and grounds were so gorgeous. It was a little difficult to find dinner out past 6 pm, but this was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Todo estuvo excelente Pese a que el inconveniente que tuvimos No tuvo nada que ver con el Hotel, Desgraciadamente no había acceso a la zona arqueologica de Chichenitza lo cual nos convirtió en casi los únicos huéspedes del hotel, pero eso No afecto en nada la calidad y servicio del personal, cenamos y desayunamos en el hotel todo excelente contaban con todo lo del menú a final de cuentas fue una experiencia diferente No cualquiera tiene un Hotel entero a su disposición con todo el Personal, sin problema regresaría con gusto."

"The hacienda property is spectacular. The lush tropical surroundings and the pool is extremely beautiful and so very relaxing. The restaurant is fantastic with plenty of local Mayan dishes both for meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of traditional Spanish colonial accents. Lastly, the hotel staff is superb..very polite welcoming and helpful! Best hotel I have stayed at. Super relaxing rejuvenating stay. "
