Congress Plaza Hotel
"What happened to the Plaza? It is supposed to be an example of a quality upscale hotel. Lots of young people. Light bulb didn't work. Very bare bones room. It felt like a $80 motel. I thought I was paying for luxury but it was a shock. Staff was GREAT 👍 That made a difference."
