The room I was given was so dirty I couldn't stay in it. I was given a new room to stay in that was clean. I was told I would be refunded for one night and have not received a credit yet.

If all you need is a place to stay overnight and you don't care about amenities, this will serve you, but if you want a hair dryer or an ice machine or towels or extra pillows, stay somewhere else.

Front desk clerk was very nice, but the room hadn't yet been set up Also, we didn't realize this place was an extended stay property with most guests actually living there. There was a lot of noise, children running uo and down the hallls. There were very strong cooking smells coming the rooms.

I had to check out after being there for two hours because there were a couple roaches in the room. Attendant at desk didn’t seem to care or even apologize. I asked for a manager to call me and still nothing. I want my money back. I would never recommend this hotel to an enemy!! Absolutely terrible!!!!!!

(Amazing Staff) I can honestly say they treated me with the same amount of respect that I have received ever since my very first day. Now believe it or not that day started almost 4 years ago when I moved from my dream house in Boca Florida for work on August 22, 2021… Of course for a work trip to be 4 years than I’d be in corporate housing right, but unfortunately I was injured while shopping at an extremely large Retail Company. And anyone that gets into a Lawsuit with a company to large to be insured think twice and try to get an offer up front that wouldn’t have caused you to lose everything! Now back to my review: this staff from my very first business day here to what I’m certain will be great up until my settlement day ends…

hallway to our room had a weird humid smell as well as in the room, floors and elevators were sticky & dirty. Room was dirty as well as a pillowcase. At 4am I was woken up by people yelling and fighting in the hallway.

This should not be classified as a hotel. It is more long term housing for the homeless - which is admirable. However, I would not recommend it for travelers. While the staff are friendly, especially Eric, who manned the desk for the whole weekend we were there, we did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel. There were several people who hung around and many seemed to be using something. They were polite and non-threatening, and it gave us a greater empathy for people with their lifestyle but the constant smell of cannabis in the halls was off-putting. It also permeated our room, and was not a pleasant smell for us. The military style metal beds were not terribly comfortable and the rooms only contained the bare essentials. It was not what we would expect for a hotel.

4 cop cars were there when I pulled up, 4 loud women in the lobby when I showed up were trying to fight another woman outside and 1 of them worked and lived at the hotel. Guy checked me into a room someone was already staying at. There were people having a kick back party in the back parking lot, could smell weed in the hallways, very noisy, had a guy playing guitar at 10:30 pm in his room. Avoid this hotel at all costs
