Hotel was a little dated. Upon arrival I was told they would be closing in 2 weeks, permanently. The property is turning into a data center. I love the hotel and staff overall. Quiet and relaxed property. To bad they are closing.

I stayed for three nights. I repeatedly asked the front desk staff for body wash, but they never provided it during our entire stay. The room was cleaned on the first day, but not on the second. Otherwise, we liked the studio king room we booked.

Hotel staff were good but didn't book reach out to the transportation provider to pick us up at scheduled time. Overall property is good but location is a bit far from the airport. Could also need a bit of renovations

Room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly and one of the elevators were down making the wait time for elevator almost 5-10 minutes at a time. They’re allowing use of their service elevator to guests in the mean time to speed things up but accessing that was a little creepy so I mostly took the stairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I do think they’re doing their best, but still my stay was subpar overall.

Pool was a little small, and the room was a little cold, but nice for us and our toddler! Our AC in our room didn’t really work, so we had to go buy a fan. I would stay again if the AC worked better.

The place was undergoing some maintenance, so only 1 elevator worked, so it took awhile to get up/down. Thermostat didn't work in room and the shower curtains are cloth, so water was just dripping out of the tub. The room was nice though and the price was right for just 1 night. Staff was friendly and helpful.
