They definitely could use a decent handyman - little stuff like a broken door handle, broken drain on the tub, broken toilet paper holder, drywall tape coming off the walls, the PTAC unit had no foam seal on it, so there was quite a draft on a cold night. But there weren't any bugs, the pool was warm, and the food was good.
