"Location is about a 10-15 min drive depending on traffic to Disney. They do off frequent free shuttles there and back so that was nice. Check in was a bit hectic because it was no clear from the main floor that it was on the second. But they had a free amenities area that was pretty packed through by the time we checked in around 7 pm but wasn’t really needed. The guest lounge with free drinks and snacks from 2pm-11pm was pretty nice. It does get busy at 9pm ish when people are returning from Disney. But you can take them up to your room. There’s a Lawson connected to the hotel that’s well stocked and pedway to a shopping mall and metro station. Pretty spacious rooms considering Japan. Very helpful staff when I needed help to fill out the sheets to ship my luggage to the next hotel. They had shipping labels and extra boxes in the room if needed which was nice."

"Not really. If you wanted to cook you'd need to get cooking utensils etc., however, there are so many shops, restaurants and takeaways immediately outside there is no need to cook."

"Very nice hotel. Strongly recommend for family go to Disney land. There is free shuttle bus to Disney , to JR station, to two different airport . "

"The Minn was located in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants, groceries stores and transportation nearby. The only challenges were checkin and contacting virtually the hotel for stuff like clean towels. I tried to contact the hotel several times prior to check in about luggage and difficulty doing pre-check in but received no responses. The lobby was small with multiple families trying to check in at once adding to stress. The hotel was further out than expected from the main attractions but other than that a great option."

"Good location for Disney and free shuttle bus. Good breakfast but too many children unsupervised in the breakfast area."

"Extremely convienent location, short bus ride from Haneda Airport and just by the Train Station, short walk to convienence store. Very quiet.Loved the bathroom set-up. Family of three stayed "

"Not what we expected "

"We asked for an extra pillow but we're told only 4 per room. Also an extra regular blanket as my son hogs it and they weren't able to give me another white blanket. When I booked the breakfast was an extra $100 and then when I checked the rates when we checked in the pricing went down. I asked if they could be a discount if we purchased 2 days of breakfast but of course they said no. They had some nice lotions. The room was enough for 2 adults and 2 children under age 6. The location is not ideal, as it is 15 mins walk to the mall. Not much is around there. Not sure if I will book this location again. It was nice that they had a shuttle to Disneyland but the shuttle does not run often. Also the first night shuttle is not until 2100. The walls had marks but it was decent and cleaned. "

"The room was great, it was not a big room but was so well appointed. The room had lovely soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner but it also had a foot massager, a shoe dryer, a curling iron and a kettle and fridge. The staff were lovey and accommodating and the breakfast everyday was excellent. "
