Fantastic experience!!

We had a fantastic stay and our host and her family were wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Small, Clean, Comfortable.

A family run small hotel right by the seafront. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The owners were also helpful and kind. No breakfast but there is a clean and well equipped kitchen to make your own food. Shower had good hot water. The only thing lacking was a blanket.

Great location for sunrises and morning yoga, right next to the pier! The staff were extremely accommodating. The don’t take cards only Pesos so make sure you have enough pesos before arrival. It is very walkable to several places to eat and about 5 min walk to the center for souvenirs and ice cream. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! They also have guest laundry if you need to wash some items. I’d give this place two thumbs up and highly recommend travels, backpackers or family.

Excellent place to stay when on a budget, AC, hot showers, decent bed. Wi-Fi is available but not too good for working. If you are just using it lightly it’s ok. It’s not too far from the center and beach clubs and public access points.

This was a budget-for-bacalar place and as such was a few blocks away from most bars, restaurants, lagoon clubs etc and, although it’s close to the lagoon, it’s not easy to get waterfront from there. However, the room was fine and spacious, the bathroom was nice and there are kitchen facilities you can use if you want.

Overall excellent

Conscientious, helpful, clean and tidy. Minor building works with drilling for a short period. After heavy rain drains gave off a bad smell - this went after flushing lots of water down. I'm not sure if shower ran hot but i liked having cold shower as weatger was super hot. The sink ran hot for washing and there was a washing line which we used and the dried washing had kindly been rescued before the tropical storm and put to our room.

La habitación muy limpia y la cama estupenda. Su ubicación adecuada. El único inconveniente es que colocaron un gran tinaco frente a la ventana por la que se tiene vista a la laguna y por lo que se pago un costo más alto que otras habitaciones del mismo hotel.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, bonito y tranquilo. Sólo considero que podrían poner un poco más de atención a la regadera del baño para mejorarlo, pero todo lo demás excelente: la limpieza, las facilidades.

Accesible al balneario municipal .

El cuarto estaba limpio solo que entra un poco de luz de la de afuera al cuarto y no se mira obscuro , solo no me gustó mucho el agua de la regadera sale muy poquita y la primera noche salía solo fría pero está bien pues hace calor la segunda noche salía solo caliente y no me pude bañar por tan caliente , y también no tuve agua esa misma noche para bajarle al baño y quedó sucio 😣 eso es mi único comentario negativo pero lo demás estuvo bien la distancia para caminar al balneario municipal está a 5 minutos y para el centro del pueblo 15 minutos caminando .

La amabilidad de los señores que atienden me gustó mucho, El valor del hospedaje y la ubicación es muy bueno. Espera un lugar limpio, tranquilo y cerca del balneario municipal, Considera que personas con problemas de accesibilidad pueden tener dificultades en la propiedad. Si volvería con mucho gusto
