"The resort was nice and had a lot to offer for families. Our only issue was that the beds were very uncomfortable. We slept terribly both nights. Also, a minor inconvenience was that the complimentary pool towels were very small. They were basically the size of a dish towel. The pizza from Nonnaronis was pretty good, as well as the donuts from the candy shop. We also enjoyed the coffee shop."

"El staff y el aire acondicionado muy bueno el breadfast para anuciase full en algún momento un poco pobre en el público y si llegas media hora o una hora antes de que termine el desayuno faltan muchas cosas que no las repusieron como los waffles pankeke dulces etc. La señora que trabaja en el desayuno es la única que no fue muy amable cuando le preguntabamos por las cosas que faltaban aún faltando tiempo para que se acabara el desayuno muy mala forma suelo, dejar propina y no se la dejé por esa razón no se la ganó ninguno de los 3. Días, y eso que hubo un día que no bajamos a desayunar y tampoco lo hicimos los 4.aveces yo sola y otra vez con 2 más. Las paredes dentro del cuarto tenían partes repelladas sin terminar de pintar,gabetas rotas,silla rota del espaldar del balcón, oxidadas barandas, polvo en los cristales de las puertas que dan para el balcón y ventana.Hola les estoy llamés la piscina interior el agua estaba congelada no estaba climatizada solo el Lazy River y la jacuzzi no trabajaba muy mal estado el área de la piscina toda descascarañada y sin pintura.La piscina exterior estaba rota. bañadera y toilet bien pero el techo muy malo y los colchones ni se diga superviejos se hundían y manchados no descansamos bien.Solo solamente hay una máquina de hielo en el primer piso y bien lejos hacia atrás.hubo veces que no tenía hielo.bien la cortesía en lobby de los desodorantes.La Housekeeper muybien 1 solo elevador trabajando.parking Ok. hotel nesecita Remodelacion.parece de☆"

"The property, condo, lazy river, and pool were fantastic! We loved our stay here. The front desk staff was professional and fantastic. The room was very clean, but we did request clean towels, never received them from housekeeping. That would be the only issue. We are coming back in the future!"
