"Isolated. Led to believe it was on the beach and it was not. Had to pay taxis 20 to 40 dollars to get to restaurants and entertainment. Charged extra for a third person and no sleeper sofa. My adult daughter's had to sleep together. No airport shuttle or to anywhere except a substandard Isolated piece of beach and only from 9 to 5. Small cramped cabin, I could stand in shower and brush my teeth in sink. No gym. I have pictures of cabin."

"We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! "
