The hotel and location were great - we spent 2 weeks and it was a great spot for our travel around Chengdu and Sichuan

Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel
The manager was very rude when we asked for a bigger room since we paid for a room for 3 people and ours had 2 individual beds and no space for an extra bed. In all of the hotels we stayed in China, we had space for an extra bed and bigger beds because we paid also for 3 people.

UrCove by Hyatt Chengdu Wenshufang Chunxi Road
The room was spacious and clean and had great amenities. Staff are friendly. I didn’t find the location very convenient to get around though. The automated toilet was also very annoying to use and I had to turn it off everytime I used it.
