"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Beautiful Resort – Highly Recommend! What a beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning property and the overall atmosphere. The entire resort was absolutely gorgeous, and every detail added to its charm. The pools were beautiful, clean, and heated, which made them even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our housekeeper was wonderful and trustworthy, and our room was always...

"If you are ok without air-conditioning, you will be beyond pleased. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff. Check in was very smooth. Refresh towels and drink was offered and all luggage carried to the room. Restaurant with views of Volcano and lake.........no words"

"Beautiful property, and incredibly friendly staff! Carlos, Steven and Fernanda were super helpful, and made our Anniversary feel special. Be sure to do the Frog Walk."

"the staft was super nice"

"Traumhaft schöne und unglaublich gepflegte Anlage mit wunderschöner Natur. Allerdings ist das Resort sehr stark auf US-amerikanische Gäste ausgerichtet, was unser Gesamterlebnis etwas getrübt hat. Der Vibe ist extrem „amerikanisiert“. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Place to Stay in La Fortuna! I’ve stayed at Alojamientos N&S several times, and every experience has been absolutely wonderful! The property is always spotless, the cleanliness is exceptional, and the hospitality is outstanding. One of the things I appreciate most is how safe, peaceful, and comfortable the place feels, making every stay even more enjoyable. You can truly tell how much care and attention goes into making guests feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s...

"This was my greatest vacation yet. Staff are super freindly and helpful. I love the resorts design. It sits inside of a rain forest. I was able to spot sloths and howler monkeys among many other animals on the property. Food was also amazing. I just left and am already thinking of ways to go back."

"The staff were all professional, friendly, and extremely nice. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very ample. The food is all really good. I have stayed here before, and would stay again, it is one of our favorite places near Arenal and La Fortuna."
