We à Châteauroux en couple. Hôtel bien situé, propre, très bon accueil, petit déjeuner copieux, Lit confortable. 3eme étage sur la rue un peu bruyant la nuit. De préférence demander le 4eme ou 5eme étage.

Hôtel en travaux actuellement. Les chambres rénovées sont agréables ( au 4 et 5 étage) pas de salle pour le petit déjeuner. Il est servi en chambre. J'étais à mon arrivée logée dans une chambre non rénovée et à ma demande j'ai pu en bénéficier d'une.

J’ai toujours été bien dans les ibis mais celui ci n’est Pas très confortable. On dirait plus que ça fait chambre d’étudiant. Même les mini dentifrice par exemple que plusieurs ibis proposent , il y en avait pas. Hôtel pas très insonorisé, au petit matin les bruits et voix des voisins s’entendaient énormément dans la chambre. De plus l'hôtel est aussi en travaux donc au petit matin les bruits des travaux réveillent tout le monde dès 7h30. J’ai demandé à la dame d’accueil si je peux photocopier un document, simple geste courtois , elle m’a dit que ça couterait 0,30€. Puis quand je lui ai dit que je loge à l’hôtel afin de savoir si elle peut me faire la photocopie de manière courtoise, elle m’a dit qu’elle ne savait pas que je logeais sur place , qu’elle pensait que je venais de l’extérieur, et elle m’a quand même fait payer la copie. Je ne suis pas à 0,30€ près mais je trouve ce geste pas très élégant pour client qui paie déjà 80€ la nuit. En marketing c’est une petite faute professionnelle ; ce sont la courtoise et la gentillesse qui donnent envie au client de revenir Le petit déjeuner coûte assez cher donc on n’en a pas pris, d’autant plus qu’à 100 mètres de l’hôtel il y’a une boulangerie artisanale bien moins chère . Côté point positif, l’hôtel par contre est à proximité de la gare donc pratique. La chambre était propre (j’ai pris soin de préciser ce détail lors de la réservation car des mauvaises surprises j’en ai eues). L’entrée de l’hôtel est un peu glauque

Hôtel à éviter.

Hôtel très très ancien. Le prix de la chambre est disproportionné par rapport à la modernité de la chambre. Des odeurs dans les sanitaires. Télévision qui ne tient pas debout. Bref, hôtel en ruine et qui n’est pas prêt d’être rénové. A 100€ la nuit, d’autres hôtels font beaucoup mieux. La chaîne d’hôtel IBIS fait partie le ancien monde avec des prix du nouveau.

Le hall de l'entrée sombre, avec un escalator en travaux est peu engageant. La chambre très propre, la salle de bain aussi. L'hôtel date un peu, les sols sont vieux, le matelas n'est pas confortable, on sent la séparation du lit double au milieu.

Médiocre ! Je ne reviendrai plus chez Ibis

Quelle honte de facturer 93€ une nuit pour une qualité générale si médiocre. Oubliez les fleurs, le canapé, la bouteille d'eau, la bouilloire... et la plupart des éléments que vous voyez sur les photos. Sans parler de la salle de bain dans laquelle vous n'aurez pas d'essuie-mains et une piece datée ! Et du papier toilettes 1er prix, très irritant. Le lit double est en fait un combo de deux lits simples avec un sur-matelas 5 cm d'épaisseur. Aucune poubelle dans la chambre ! Bref, je ne reviendrai pas et je demanderai des comptes a Hotels.com.
