"Everything was super clean and cozy. Loved it."

"The room was spacious."

"Le personnel est vraiment courtois. Le site est bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables (photos représentatives). Le spa offre tous les services et soins désirés, et le personnel est vraiment compétent. Nous souhaitons revenir dans le futur !"

"everything was OK"

"Disappointing experience and customer service. Within approximately 20 minutes of checking into our room, we noticed a bug on the bed that, based on our observation, resembled a bed bug. We were immediately concerned and decided that we were not comfortable staying at the hotel. We left the room and informed the front desk that we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property given what we had found. We had to wait until the following day to speak with the hotel manager regarding a refund....

"La qualite du service et les installations"

"Great cool place to stay. The kids loved it .Staff was great."

"We, the family of 3, stayed in the hotel for 1 night at Quebec City. Free parking. The staffs were friendly and the most important for us was the room had clean well and maintained as new. We had great night sleep. Thank you the housekeeper and front desk."

"Nous allons certainement y retourner!"

"Good, but i was disappointed by the room."

"This hotel is located amazingly well! It’s within 15 min walk from pretty much every thing. The service is friendly and welcoming ! However this is an extremely busy hotel with conventions constantly on so much so sometimes the elevators have lines waiting."

"Place seems rundown"
