Adorable hotel

This BandB is a gem, perfect if you are traveling by car to Chartres. 10 minute walk to town center, restaurants and of course the beautiful Cathdral. (Parking is in courtyard and you can leave your car after checking out when visiting the Cathedral.) The hosts do not speak English but are very warm and helpful. Spacious and charming room, lots of character, generous breakfast included. We loved this place!

Gem in the heart of Chartres

We had the most relaxing time during our stay. The hostess/owner of the B&B could not have been more accommodating. We reserved the spacious and inviting garden suite. The room was so comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful, with freshly baked croissants and baguettes offered with homemade jams, cereal, yogurt and tea/coffee. We will return each time we visit Chartres.

This was a hidden gem we were so happy to find. Francois met us to let us in to private, gated parking and set us up. Our garden floor room was so precious with its huge bed and sitting area. Homemade breads/jams, coffee, tea, juices were a delicious start today, Shower was super hot and the largest towels were wonderful. We stayed two nights because we lived our stay so much. We were able to walk to dining and shopping easily. Secure gate made us feel safe coming and going.

We enjoyed our two night stay at this charming old home full of character. Our room was more like a suite because of its size, sitting area and garden doors that looked out to a patio. It was very clean, organized, comfortable king size bed, large bathroom and wonderful warm owners to welcome you and show you around. Breakfast was delicious croissants, variety of excellent breads, preserves, fruit, yogourt coffee, tea, chocolate drink. The breakfast dining room opens onto a lounge area that one is welcome to use anytime. Our hosts live in the home next door.

douche très exiguë, glissante. salle de bain dans laquelle il est difficile de se tenir debout car sous les toits. Penderie difficilement accessible, Sanibroyeur plus aux normes. Chant du coq tôt chaque matin ! Par contre petit-déjeuner excellent et très agréable sourire de la propriétaire !

This was a lovely property however we did not get the garden room we booked instead we were on the first floor. It didn't matter as we were only staying one night but we made the mistake of booking a property where the owners did not speak English. The host was extremely helpful and we managed to understand about the key and parking. Breakfast was lovely and the host brought fresh bread and there were lots of home made preserves. Chartres is a beautiful place and we were able to walk in from the property.

Amazing chambre d'hotes

Amazing one night stay, in a beautiful chambre d'hote - huge suite room on ground floor, with doors directly out onto the terrace, unique and absolutely charming. The accomodation consists of 3 rooms on 1st floor and one on ground, all en-suite with shared access to lounge and kitchen. Short 10 minute walk into Chartres - beautiful city, safe and easy to navigate. Old town lots of windey lanes for pedestrians and cathedral stunning - especially the light show every 30mins from 9pm to 1am - spellbinding! Hosts at Les crepiniere, perfect, friendly but not intrusive. Bed ultra comfy. Parking secure inside electric gates to the property. Breakfast simple (tea/coffee, juice, bread, cereal, jams, yogurt) but adequate. Will definitely return.

Chambre d'hôtes pratique pour le parking, la proximité du centre historique et bien sécurisé. Sur le site donner un N° de téléphone local. Nous avons du appelé un 06… mais en Espagne !!!
