"Very clean and friendly hotel staff"

"Arm chair was broken and had to ask for replacement. Carpet was so dirty that my feet got blackened just with 5 minutes walking on it. Bathroom door was jammed and didn't close at all. There were flies inside the room and the view advertised on the website is a total lie. Don't fall in their trap as the hotel is not even worth of $20 per night, worse than a roadside motel."

"We booked the stay because of the location near a hospital where we had an early appointment for some surgery. The original booking was a room on the second floor that was not convenient for mobility issues. Reception changed our room to a super convenient one. When I booked the room I noticed that there is no way to indicate mobility issues. The parking was right outside our room which was very handy. "This is a clean and reasonably comfortable hotel/motel with onsite parking a short subway ride away from the Olympic Park and the Montreal Botanical Garden (and about a 15-min drive away from both). It is a maze of rooms on 2 floors and if you get a room far away from reception and the restaurant be prepared for a labyrinthine walk. The towels were thin, the AC was noisy and breakfast at the onsite restaurant was not really great value for money (neither were the rooms, frankly but then other...

"The family that runs this guesthouse is so lovely and helpful!! The room and the house are cozy and comfortable and they have a VERY cute dog. Check in and out were easy and there's parking available. I'd stay here the next time I'm in Montreal!"

"This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

"Hotel Le Coach was a fantastic stay. It is a perfect, central location to all of the main neighborhoods in Montreal (Old Montreal, Le Plateau, The Village, Latin Quarter, etc). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Staff stays on site until 11pm if you have any issues. I would stay at Hotel le Coach again when returning to Montreal."
