"Muy buena atención"

"Very good"

"We had a great stay at The Pearl and would definitely stay here again. The location was probably our favorite part — we could walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops without having to drive everywhere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us. We really liked having a separate bedroom and a full kitchen instead of just a typical hotel room. The AC worked great too, which definitely matters in South Florida. It was a nice place to come back to...

"Great beachfront location and very clean property. However, parking is extremely limited, and you cannot leave your car after checkout or park a second vehicle. I was also disappointed that my room had no working TV, and despite asking for help, no one on staff could fix the issue. Great location, but the service needs improvement."

"Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. Parking can sometimes be an issue"

"My ac was hottttttt! My lights in my unit was very dim! The light on the bathroom mirror didn’t work so I was unable to do my makeup Once again the room was HOT"

"Location of the property is amazing just steps from the beach. When we got there the air in the bedroom did not work but the host had great communication and they came and fixed the air the next day. Everything was great on this trip."

"Has termites , too old ,need renovation"

"Great place to stay and close to Hollywood beach."
