"Great property!! Right in the middle of the boardwalk and steps away from the sand and restaurants. Great beds and linens. Nice to have a kitchenet with good size frig, coffee pot and a few dishes. Shower was nice with shop and shampoo/conditioner provided. They brought in clean towels daily and dumped the trash. Nice to have the lay out chairs right outside the door. There are chairs and picnic tables and more lay out chairs on the main level. The lights do stay on all night outside so if you don't like a lot of light this may be a problem but that is the only thing I could find. It didn't bother me! We will definitely be back. Loved the little area at Hollywood Beach! Don't worry about a car. Use Ubers because parking is expensive and hard to find. We did the train from Miami airport to the Hollywood Station ($3.25) and it worked out great. Front desk staff was very helpful."

"Everything was good I can’t complain. The staff were amazing and everyone was so friendly. I went on a busy weekend so they did run out of beach towels but that was fine for me and even with that it was only a 20 minute wait until the towels were ready. The check in and check out was seamless, valet kept my vehicle up front and I loved that. I will definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was nice. Roof pool was really nice. I went down to tell them my room phone wasn’t working. They sent someone up and he also went down to tell them it didn’t work. The lady at the desk asked me if I really needed it.. I would have 100% used room service to order stuff. I wasn’t fond of that but not the biggest problem to have. Also the remote didn’t work but they fixed that. I think the staff should check everything when someone checks out to make sure everything is operational for the next customer."

"The room was not clean. Everything from stains on the ceiling, walls, floors and hair in the bed. There were roaches all over the room even in the refrigerator. The staff were dismissive and not attentive. We've stayed several times prior, this was a let down and our vacation was ruined. When we finally spoke with a manager all we got was why didn't you say anything sooner. As if that made a difference when there any roaches are everywhere and looking for a new hotel last minute. So we spent most our time on the beach and eating out of restaurants not being able to save left overs plus sleeping fully clothed every night.."
