"Waterpark is an excellent added feature we used daily! Breakfast is just eggs and sausage with a tray of pastries and white bread (one toaster for the entire resort). This part was the only significant disappointment with young kids. When booking this resort we didn’t find it clear EAST VS WEST on any of the booking sites - west side has the waterpark and amenities and the east side requires you to cross a highway with a stop light that is legitimately 10 minutes!!! So take our advice and book WEST side. "

"The pros in this hotel: room was clean,the price was good, good customer service. Did not like the room that was given @ check in because it had a door acces to another room. Went back to office the lady @ desk was super nice and switched the room without problem. Stores and restaurants conveniently located. The cons: the hotel is in the process of renovation so it looks very run down, the pillows were terrible. One of the beds was squeke. Only two regular size flat pillows on each bed. Good thing I brought with me my two fluffy pillows. the bathtub was really dirty. It looks like it has not been cleaned for months. The bathroom door would not close properly. It had to be forced to close it. No coffee maker or coffee. Of course no breakfast included. The location of the hotel can be somewhat noisy because it's on main road where there's alot of traffic and ambulance sirens. Overall me and my husband were able to sleep well without any problem. For the price of the hotel can't expect much "

"Steve far away from this dump. It says pool no pool open Doors from the outside to the inside left open, so anybody can walk right up to your room from the streets. Did not clean my room until I asked them to. And then did not leave soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.. Construction equipment throughout the parking lot, picked up a nail and got a flat tire. Breakfast was absolutely un edible."

"It was okay.. I wouldn’t stay again. Our room was extremely outdated with carpet flooring and just felt meh. The check in process was ridiculous as they valet your car we watched the valet drivers backing into other vehicles and damaging them. "

"We stumbled on Reunion 4 years ago, and we go back every year. The whole family looks forward to our week at Reunion like Christmas. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There pools and water park are great. The property is beautiful. Just a great place to be!"
