"I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. It used to be clean, this time our house was dirty, mainly the floors. The floors, walls, and carpet were dirty. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Overall the amenities are great, kids loved it. "

"The hotel is under renovation. The pool has no water, the stairs to our building were broken so had to walk now to another building and walk over. The room itself was nice. The microwave and lamp didn't work though. I went down was breakfast at 8:45am on Sunday and everything was empty except 3 steal muffins and 2 steal bagels. When I asked if they were putting more out, they said no, it's over in 15 minutes. Went down Monday at 7:45am and they were just setting up. Not even the coffee was made. So I guess breakfast is from 8am to 8:45!"

"So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos. The people at Orlando Renters were nice, but the property manager was rude. Not sure I'd book with them again. Beware that unless it's executive or higher, expect a less than impressive home (cleanliness wise)"

"Unfortunately thus a old hotel. Staff trying to do their best. Checking in system its insane make me wasted 40 minutes. cause you need to do your self using a link provide by the hotel. Its confuse. Giod thing its closer to Richie Bros"

"Too many mechanical issue in thw home and dissmuve staff made for a bad experience. Beautiful property, but upkeep needs to be enhanced to maintain the houses. "
