"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

The windows had no screen or safety barrier when open to prevent falling or bugs entering. Room did have sleeping accommodation we requested. But was so small we had no room to move about. And, when advised we had meds that required refrigeration, the brought out a very small black plastic...

"The atmosphere in the lobby was nice. You could walk to a little town with a bakery and small grocery store. The rooms were very dark for sleeping. They are trying to be very environmentally friendly. There is no air conditioning and it was very hot for sleeping. They will not let you check in an hour early without paying 20 euro. You have to ask them to fill your water bottle, there is nowhere to do it yourself. They do not respond when you message the property about the shuttle service. The...

"Air conditioning was broken in my room during a heat wave, elevator broken on the first day that I was there. Had to wait for the morning staff for resolution. Bathrooms are smaller than in an RV. Floors were very dirty/did not appear to ever be mopped. Pick up for rideshare was hard because you can’t enter the parking lot or front without a ticket/paying."

"First of all ive never stayed in a hotel that had a 100 inch samsung smart tv. Eventhough there were a few English channels I was able to use the Netflix and watch English movies. The free breakfast was the highlight. It was a buffet style and lots of seating. The staff kept ahead keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. There bar provided meals at a affordable price. Bring your bathing trunks because the hotel guests get free access to the indoor water park that has 7 pools plus a huge water...

"Close to airport, the website says shuttle service but last one is at 9:15am and they charge you, which to me it should be free and shuttle should operate all day. Otherwise everything else was ok b"
