"The rooms here are lovely and well kept! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the restaurant is pretty bad... poor service and food that is reheated from a freezer to just about warm with watered down ketchup. Definitely need to go further afield for good food as the other local options also aren't great in the evenings. I also recommend that you get lots of water at the supermarket because they provide two water bottles which dont last very long. "

"The staff deserve 10 stars!! They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. Take my word and thank me later. "POC was a good value, beautiful property, and has all the basics for an enjoyable vacation. We loved the hearty breakfast they offered. Tea and fresh water available all day. Great dining options within short walking distance. So glad we did not do all-inclusive because this was such a great deal and there were excellent food choices everywhere."

"Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. "
