"Clean room. Quiet. Very good breakfast selections and coffee available 24 hours. Good location for getting on freeway to Bay Bridge to San Francisco. Lots of eating options nearby. Lovely place to walk just a couple miles west at Marina park, with walking paths and views across the bay to San Francisco. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here often and will be back on next visit to area. BART is within walking distance."

"Staying at Hyatt House was so relaxing. We did not have any issues with our room, which was so clean, comfortable and has a well equiped kitchen. The on site laundry facility was handy since our stay was 10 nights. Each morning, the breakfast was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping. "Large and comfortable room with lots of extras tha made the stay easy and smooth: well appointed bed and bath, electric kettle with tea and coca, fridge, microwave. desk set up was great. lighting was excellent. nice little porch for outside air. the staff were all super friendly and helpful. coffee and good pastries available on site. great location in Berkeley with lovely shopping and food amazement close. would absolutely stay here again and am so pleased to have found this spot. ...

"Parking was close by, such a wonderful old property with history, lovely areas like library or courtyard to sit. Pool was lovely also met a lot of local members and enjoyed talking with them. Breakfast excellent great start to the day highly recommend "

"Stayed two times in one week. Clean, easy to get to and lots of places to eat and shop on San Pablo. For the price point this place is one of the better places. Perfect for the night. Area seemed safe, parking was easy and front desk staff friendly. Will be staying again as we come to the city for Dr appointments."
