"It was a really nice hotel, only a couple floors were the hotel and very close to the city centre. Breakfast was alright, and there's a lively bar next door at night. Very nice decor and personnel only sometimes present at the location. It was good but not great for the cost. It felt like an air bnb. We loved Florence but wouldn't stay here specifically again. Again, nothing wrong with the hotel at all!"

"The location of this hotel is perfect and a 5-15 minute walk to everything we wanted to visit in Florence. Check in was easy and the clerk went above and beyond to orient us to the area by reviewing a map and pointing out restaurants and cafes that are affordable hidden gems in the area. Her customer services was exemplary and much appreciated. The rooms are charming, clean and well equipped with modern amenities. We loved very aspect of our stay in this lovely hotel. "

"Really good location and amenities, easy to access all tourist attractions by foot. Advice and tips given by the owner were very helpful and much appreciated even for food. Only downside was heating was not on, so a bit chilly for our stay. "

"We had a great stay hosted by Bledi. There is an elevator so that made getting up to the second floor easy. The room was not large, and has a small fridge, espresso maker, and TV with Netflix which was nice to have. The room was very charming with older style furniture and a comfortable canopy bed. We were right next to the Duomo, and we did not hear noise in the room at night! The shower worked well with good force and hot water. You should be aware that this is not a hotel but a B&B, so...
