"It wasn't a horrible stay but I wouldn't stay there again. I'll start with the negatives and finish with the positives. -s The hotel is very dated and looks like it. The sink in my room drained very slowly and the faucet in the tu dropped continuosly. Many of the outlets didn't work. But in all fairness that may have been me. Outlets that didn't work for worked after housekeeping plugged things into them. The location in my opinión wasn't very good. Limited choices of restaurants in walking...

"The property is lovely. It’s large, it’s perfectly located, there is beautiful scenery right outside your window, and I would definitely stay here again. The only comment I would make is that the cleaning person was still there when I arrived (a half hour after check-in time), and I think because i insisted on coming into the space, she did not thoroughly clean the bathroom. Also, I had a very early morning flight, and I was unable to get hot water in the shower. It, at best, was lukewarm...

"Great view and location to restaurants etc. 6am weekend remodeling and broken elevators were a downside."

"From the moment we arrived, the staff did what it took to make or stay special. Isaac at the front desk found rooms for us even though we arrived early from a long flight. The room was top notch. Staff friendly and welcoming. We will stay again if the opportunity arises."

"No había toallas y despues de 3 horas del check in tuvo mi esposo que bajar a buscarlas al Lobby. Lo más incomodo fue que no nos creían como si uno fuera ignorante y ko haya viajado antes. Creo que deben mejorar las instalaciones, se ven muy viejas y es un destino interesante pero muy feas las habitaciones."
