"Trato muy cercano y personal muy atento. La habitacion esta genial! La recomendamos sin ninguna duda!"

"Room clean and new"

"Great stay in a great location. Would stay again"

"The location is close to the market, park, and restaurants. The staff members were helpful and professional."

"Love this hotel. Great hotel, nice location, nice staff , nice room with nice view.. "

"Great location, staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Restaurant, breakfast and the rooftop bar/ resto were fantastic. The room was super fantastic. In short, I feel the hotel was super nice and compact and offered Travellers to Santiago everything that they need. Special mention to Johan and Eli for their positivity and help in making our stay fantastic. This place is highly recommended."

"It was my first time in Chile and my stay was great! The people at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. You can buy your food and cook there or buy from the hotel. Be careful with the volts though, I believe they’re high even with adapters. I suggest consulting with the staff before turning on your hair dryer. Other than that everything was great, would definitely recommend."

"Hotel was like Premier Inn, it was basic but was enough for 1 night Stairs need lighting that switches on automatically, almost tripped in the dark! No elevators so lugged heavy suitcases to the 3rd floor. Not fun. The toilet roll was on the opposite side of the bathroom - why? It was extremely hard booking a taxi or Uber from there - day or night."

"The building is located in a nice area. You can take wonderful walks. There is a park nearby. There is a good food store within ten minutes walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants around the apartment building. It is a good deal to stay at that property."

"Overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Sommelier, but communication, breakfast variety and guest safety could be improved. The language barrier made it difficult to ask staff for help. While we understand that English may not be widely spoken, clearer signage and multilingual information would help international guests find answers to basic questions. Breakfast was enjoyable, but more variety, particularly local dishes, would have made it better. Our biggest concern occurred on the day of our...
