"The room I checked into had visible mold on the AC. I am very allergic and this is very unhealthy. I walked down the street and found another hotel. After being told I would get a refund pending manager’s return the manager later declined. Manager is not agreeing to speak with me after several attempts visiting the hotel she seems to be available but then later the staff comes back and says she is in a meeting. "There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property. It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel with our two children. It is perfectly situated in the downtown area and the view of the cathedral is stunning. You are close to restaurants, cafes, luxury shopping, parks, and much more. The beach is a simple and straight 15 minute walk. The breakfast included was also delicious. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit snug, but they are cozy and we didn’t plan on spending much time inside anyway. Don’t hesitate to book it!"
