"We travelled with our family with 4 rooms booked at this hotel. From the outside the hotel is beautiful but on the inside the building has an odd layout and kind of confusing when you are trying to get to where you need to go. The staff were not super welcoming. My mother’s room had a drug baggie under her bed, she let the front end staff know they apologized and refunded her money. Our room appeared clean until we looked under the bed which seems to be overlooked by the cleaning staff. Our room only had about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper which I found odd we had to call for more. My sisters room had toothpaste all over her vanity she received an apology and they cleaned her room but I was not confident in the cleanliness of this place after the 2 incidents. Parking was expensive I wish they would tell you when you book that it is an additional $60 per night to park there. My room was loud on our second night I could hear people talking loudly until 4am which woke me a couple of times throughout the night. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the hotel also has an impressive and spacious gym. Service at the restaurant was quite slow. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again with there being hotels at a cheaper price point for what we got at this place. "

"Room was clean and spacious and well equipped with handy fridge. Bottles of drinking water were replenished each day. Room attendants were very friendly. Gym was too small and out of the way. Amazing location - steps to tour shuttles and transit stop with a direct route to YVR airport. Can't wait to stay at the Pan Pacific again ! "

"All was great. Except, the hot tub was not working the sntire stay. That was my reason for choosing this hotel over the others. Therefore I am disappointed in that."

"Lovely and attentive staff, clean rooms, able to use breakfast vouchers for room service. The kitchen/room service system missed things every morning, but it was good value considering our vouchers. We travelled with 2 kids and found the 1 bedroom suite with kitchen was great, though the inflatable bed is far more suited for kids than adults. Kitchen had most of what we needed. Centrally located, everything was within a 10 minute walk. The windows were quite thin, and being next to a hospital, it was quite loud overnight. We are used to living in a city, so that was fine for us. Overall, we were happy. It was a great start and end space for big tourist days. "

"Decent hotel. Staff were good. They had an issue with one elevator being out of service and staff said it was taking weeks to fix. There are three. The hotel was full so there was lots of waiting for elevators. On top of that cleaning staff used the same elevators so it was very busy and crowed. Sometimes we waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Otherwise a good hotel- staff were very friendly and it’s well located. "
