"I had a twin room, which was a great size and clean with towels provided and complimentary slippers. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the option to leave our luggage after checkout was great. It’s an old building, so some areas were worn, but it was part of the charm. It’s close to the harbour as well as cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries and historical places of interest, such as the Royal Palace. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Receptionist didn’t work smart properly to manage situations and room for guests. Even though the room has been available but they don’t want you to get in the room fast. If you’re thinking that they need time to clean up the mess in the room? Hahaha No they didn’t even do anything because I kept my eyes on them and they just got in to put the new bed sheets and leave. That’s it! They did."

"Convinient hotel near airport terminal 4-5. Literally just walk across the street and you are inside the terminal.
Decent size of room. Good hot water and pressure. A bit strange design of shower as most of the bathroom floor will get wet during showers.
Great gym in the basement.
Good breakfast buffet starting early in the morning.
