It was average. The biggest advantage was the laundry facilities, even though I had to clean the machines before I could use them. The room was dusty, and the floor was a little dirty. It was only a minor annoyance. I suggest getting a knife sharpener. The knife was so dull that it didn’t cut anything, not even tofu.

Neat apartment near the airport

Neat and quiet apartment, very close to the airport. In the building are several facilities accomodated. Also a tank shop where you can buy some breakfast and coffee

Check in and out was easy. Floor in room had mud stains and saw a bug crawling around. Once past that anxiety room was fine. Suggest you bring your own slippers which we forgot. Could do with signage to help understand they have a connected shop/petrol station.

Ok for workers accommodation not suitable as vacation as miles from anywhere.. that was my fault , I shouldve checked... Lift out of order, receptionist did know the key code for our floor, room very small, although we did get upgraded to larger room. Curtain off rail. 4 radiators, but only one worked... we went elsewhere And hotel did say they'd refund but as we'd booked with hotels .com, we lost our money....

Communication, the room itself was really good and calm. Unfortunately there were hairs to find on the bed, on the toilet seat and a lot in the sink. Besides that it was all clean and good but for me having hairs everywhere was kinda disgusting. So maybe remind your cleaning team to be more accurate. Thanks for the stay anyway.

Great budget accommodation

Most reviewers seems to ignore the information sent out. Neither regarding codes nor shuttle service. The room i got was clean and warm despite -15 outside. Single beds are a bit narrow. Both washing machine and dryer available. Shuttle service MUST be prebooked. I arrived at 22.20 on 2024-01-16 and the driver of the minivan was extremely service minded and ensured i knew how to find my key and use the codes. I enjoyed the Breakfast buffet at Quality next door for only 175 SEK.

Nice place but difficult access

Difficult to find the main entry or reception desk. Parking garage door code did not wofk properly. Difficult to find the garage entry. Code for elevator to access the garage from our hotel room did not work.

Expected at least clean bed sheets, towels etc. Stove burner, kitchen utensils was not in full functions. Direction to parking was not clear leads into parking fine of SEK 900 as check in takes too long. Parking would have allotted online in advance to avoid unnecessary fine. Receptionist was so busy with phone & other check in. NO housekeeping / receptionist was available on Friday, Sunday. Location, price is good but lot of things to improve.

Great value

Free shuttle is a bonus. Nice and close to the airport. Easy to find reception. Check in was a breeze. You get a key not a fob and you get an access code for your floor. If I was staying longer it was nice they had washers and dryers for no charge. Room was very clean and basic. Little table a double bed. Nice bathroom with waterfall shower head. I did see a silverfish by the table on the ground when I was checking out. If you are looking for ambiance and something special this is not it. For the price it is a good place. Staff are helpful and kind. I checked out and they will watch your bags if you go into city before your flight like I did. Honestly for the price you get privacy and a kitchenette so really great value. I would recommend snd would stay again.

The TV didn’t work, some over bed lights didn’t work, there was thick dust around the air exchanger and the bathroom vent was plugged with toilet paper. We were offered another room but that room had even thicker dust around the air exchanger, it was stuffy and hot and since the windows are bolted shut we decided to stay in our original room. Also to adjust the temperature in the room we were told to stand on a chair and turn the air exchanger more open.

Terrible Customer Support

Terrible customer service. I contacted the hotel to get instructions to book the transfer service (advertised as a free service). I tried several times and did not receive an answer. Then I called the hotel and found that I would need to book atue transfer (because there were limited spaces, on first come, first served basis). Finally, I tried but the service was fully booked in the times I needed. In the end, I had to spend around 1000 SEK in taxis. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. All communications are stored in the app and I authorize access.
