"Average hotel, few broke down vehicles in the lot, looks like they've been sitting for awhile(hotel vans). Staff behind desk were friendly. Staff on phone are not. No complementary breakfast. Short drive from Mall of America. About all i have to say."

"It would really appreciated if the rooms had a microwave in order to heat up left-overs. Also, I thought the rooms had an iron and ironing board but I could not find one. These are amenities which would be appreciated by the guests."

"Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, all of the employees were awesome! Special thank you to the front desk staff and Troy from room service for their care and compassion! Spring Break 2026 trip was pretty cool. "

"Room was clean, but our first night we were missing hand towels, washcloths, and a bath mat. We did get that sorted out the next day. The person working on Saturday night was not very nice. He spoke rudely and with a clipped tone. Parking fees are a bit exorbitant and a big discrepancy is advertised in the lot itself. Breakfast ends kind of early for a weekend, and biscuits and gravy were cold Sunday morning."

"It took them 3 tries to get our rooms right. They tried to upsell sell me on check-in. I already had a handicap accessible king room with a tub and another double queen landmark view room. They assigned us a room that had a shower. Then they reassigned rooms. However, the other room I reserved, the landmark view room. They put us on the 2nd floor of the hotel. No view. They later switched us to a better room. Check in was at 4pm. It was after 6 by the time we got our rooms. Kid's didnt have much time to get ready for the timberwolves game. "
