"Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything.

"Overall a wonderful experience! Best hotel! Walking distance to Taksim Square and other major transportation lines. Staff was very accommodating, especially Bushra. "Otelin her alanında çalışan personel aşırı sempatik ve yardımsever. Çok güleryüzlü her gün gördüğünüz insanlar gibi hissettiriyor.
Temizlik oldukça iyiydi rahatlıkla konakladık. Tek sorun otoparkı. Özel bir otoparka yönlendiriyorlar ve orası o kadar da temiz, bakımlı bir yer değil. "
"Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Taksim et de l’avenue Istiklal. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied, et quand ce n’était pas possible, le métro et les bus sont à proximité. Petit conseil : l’application Rome2Rio est vraiment top pour se déplacer dans chaque pays. Et sinon, ne pas hésiter à demander aux agents sur place, c’est toujours plus sûr.

"Had to wait long time for check in . We had an upgrade on the room. Had dinner at one of the restaurants. Server did not know the ingredients of the pizza. We also had to look around for the server if we needed something else. Overall stay was very good . I would recommend it and I would stay here again. "

"Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhet, og servicen var upåklagelig. De ansatte var imøtekommende og hyggelige gjennom hele oppholdet. Spesielt vil vi trekke frem personalet i restauranten ,de var både hjelpsomme og veldig oppmerksomme.
Vi reiste med en baby, og det var tydelig at alle tok hensyn og viste stor forståelse. De sørget for at barnestolen var klar, og ordnet plass slik at hele familien kunne sitte samlet til frokost. Det satte vi stor pris på. Vi følte...
