"Balcony pool area was beautiful. WiFi awful on lower floor had to have room moved to higher floor so internet would work. Couldn’t open anything on phone in our original room on 3rd floor. Moved to new room on 9th floor and had no issues with WiFi"

The hotel is very close to cruise port(20 minutes walk-very flat road) you look across the street and you can see the ship. 20 minutes walk to old Quebec. Everything surrounds the hotel is walkable, don’t rent a car. The best part of the hotel is the hand delivered breakfast to your room every morning at 7:00am, very convenient. Thank you!"

"We had a very nice stay, the location is very close to the old Quebec City, we could park the car in the hotel’s parking and walk to there. The heated pool was very fun. The room and pool were very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly."
