The bed was also very comfortable. Francesco was super helpful and friendly with our check-in and parking inside their garage. "Beautifully decorated, large room located in the heart of the city. The doors opened to the bustling street below but when closed were quite soundproof. Very walkable area with great restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.They helped us arrange for a private driver each way from the airport which I would recommend as they can bring you right to the front door in what is otherwise a pedestrian area. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order rather than just a buffet. "

"This was my favourite hotel out of the 6 I stayed at in Sicily. I was originally trying to cancel it because I accidentally booked it with the non refundable rate. I asked the hotel if they would let me cancel and rebook a refundable rate but the communication back and forth was taking so long and it was getting frustrating so I just decided to keep the reservation and I am so glad that I did not cancel.
