"I liked everything the staff is very personable and friendly. Roberto helped us get a taxi to take us back to the airport. The area is very nice and safe."

"They didn't help me and my Son get in We tried to call them even I got the manager contact info as we get there at the same time as their building inspectors were there. Even them had hard time to get in touch. As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money. It is so unacceptable"

"Host is very clear on check-in instruction, it was smooth. The apartment was cozy and location is excellent. Thankful that there is storage area for our luggage. It will be great if the other bedroom has a AC."

"Great flat, quiet, everything clean, new, and modern. Great location and good communication. Only negatives: bed was a little too firm and flat is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift. But it is Venice... ❤️"

"The highlights of this stay were the convenient location and prompt WhatsApp replies from the team. The apartment itself, however, was a major letdown. The space smelled stale and moldy, and both beds had active bed bugs. It caused significant discomfort for everyone in our group, particularly my son, who walked away with 10 to 15 bites. A property advertising luxury needs to ensure clean air and pest-free beds at an absolute minimum."

"Was perfect amazing place absolutely beautiful and clean and perfect location"

"La propiedad en sí es de primera calidad, un poco escondida ral vez pero muy cerca al Hotel donde nos guiaban para todo felizmente y el único pero que le pondría son las escaleras de acceso"
