"Very chic and clean, the balcony is also very beautiful. The staff are very nice and helpful, only the gym is bit too small, and the shower temperature is not very stable."

"The location, the property, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for an extended stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. We got the best sleep after a long day of being a tourist. We will recommend The Beverly Grove Hotel to family and friends. We know we have an amazing stay available to us when we return."

"Old hotel but very clean and peaceful, No breakfast room but on each floor each morning they have juices, fruit and pastries."

"It was nice, but in a bad neighborhood."

"Great location. The hotel is pretty old, but good enough. "

"This being a budget hotel, one must have reasonable expectations. Still, there were several inadequacies 1. No Kleenex, no soap dish, no ice machine on the premises. No Do Not Disturb signs. 2. Tiny area for hanging clothes. Very small bathroom and shower, and often the bathroom smell was like a sewer. 3. Ants on the wall and the bedside table. 4. Noisy air-conditioning. 5. On site parking was nice though a bit cramped but the one major problem was pulling out onto the street. Parked cars...

"Very close proximity to others! Beware of other patrons trying to come onto you"

"Muy buena relación calidad precio"

"Low quality of WI-FI "

"The stay was wonderful staff were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again"

"I don’t know how people have rated this place a 10, I feel at 5 I’m being generous, the staff is very nice and kind, but the property and rooms are very run down and in poor condition. There is only some local tv and no access to your own Netflix or any other account. The WiFi is extremely poor, this place is good for 20 yr olds on a budget, but is no where close to a basic quality hotel,"

"Hh"

"Extremely bad"

"No key for the door"

"Clean property very renovated smells good"

"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"
