"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially upon check-in. Very yummy breakfast! So nice to have fresh scrambled eggs and bacon along with more traditional European breakfast foods. Croissants were excellent! My only suggestion is to improve the wifi. It was sketchy."

"Everything about this place is excellent. We had a wonderful stay and beautiful views of the sunrise! One thing to note is that you do have to take a flight of stairs to your room as there is no elevator. If you have luggage you may want to take this into consideration. We did and it was manageable!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent being close to all major sites. The owners were very nice and provided an excellent breakfast . The historic atmosphere of the B&B was perfect for the city of Siena. The WiFi was not the best but did not distract from our stay. Overall a wonderful stay!"

"The apartment is located just a few mins walk from the train station, very convenient for those who have big luggages. Spacious, well equipped and nice decorated room. We love it. A bit complicated for the registration to get the codes for your first enter as a reception will only be there in specific time. But after that it’s fine. The only flaw is the elevator is very small, it can fit only one person and 2 luggages max. However, the apartment is on 2nd floor, if you are a light traveler, you...

"This property is located in the heart of Florence and in walking distance to all of the major historical sites. Our apartment was Massccio and it was beautifully decorated with views of the Duomo. "We made some beautiful memories at Pointe a Nappo and hope to visit again in the future. The entire staff made this stay truly special; we enjoyed getting to know everyone and felt like family. It was hard to leave. We loved the BBQ dinners offered a few nights during our stay. A delicious meal cooked with love on a beautiful patio, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of us!"
