"Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend."

"Really enjoyed the property. It was very clean. The rooms was spacious. The property was very clean and nicely laid out. The staff was very helpful and the dinner was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay and will return again."

"Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again."

"Nice classic hotel very close to the Rome - Pescara highway. On the edge of Popoli a great old town with good restaurants a river running through. The restaurant and hotel caters to travelers and truck drivers and was great for what I needed. "

"Una Oasi molto piacevole per condizioni della struttura e dell'ospitalità. Villa molto curata in tutta la proprietà e la sua recinzione. Il verde che la attornia isola benissimo l'area e permette anche il soggiorno nella giornata parco, piscina giochi ecc. La villa è in una area attorniata da capannoni magazzini che lasciano pensare a zona industriale. Ho fatto un week end quindi non so se nei giorni feriali sia rumorosa oppure no. "La stanza è bellissima, ristrutturata ed arredata dall'architetto che gestisce il B&B. Da notare è il bagno di qualità con una doccia da cui non vorresti mai uscire e il letto comodissimo!! La colazione all'italiana è organizzata dai genitori del gestore che vivono nell'altra metà dell'edificio. Il ciambellone preparato dalla moglie era buonissimo e il marito è sempre pronto ad offrire te/caffe/cappuccino."
